About Us

Phoenix is a registered charity that offers free treatment and support to those suffering from substance addictions.

Our services are aimed at people who have fallen through the cracks of statutory services, those on low incomes and those who encounter other barriers to accessing treatment solutions.

We work to save lives by helping those entrenched in addiction get the vital support they need to live and thrive.

Phoenix was founded and developed by three recovering addicts who faced their own individual challenges in accessing the support they needed to get well. In addition, our Trustees also have lived experience of addiction and understand the difficulties and vulnerabilities that can arise because of it. Together they use their experience to support addicts every step of the way, giving them the best possible chance to restart their life and thrive in their recovery.

At Phoenix, we believe that no one struggling with addiction should be excluded from treatment due to lack of funds. The significant gaps in the system currently leave many experiencing addiction with no option for treatment. Phoenix wants to bring hope to those individuals and act as a bridge to recovery.

Addiction does not discriminate, and neither should treatment.
