About Us

Phoenix is a registered charity which offers accessibility to treatment and support around addiction for those who fall through the cracks of the NHS, those on low incomes, and those seeking help but unable to access the solution. We work to save lives by helping those entrenched in addiction to get the vital support they need to live and thrive.

Phoenix was founded by a group of families whose children are in recovery from addiction. Our trustees and members of our team have lived experience of addiction and understand the challenges and vulnerabilities that arise because of it. They use their experiences to support you every step of the way to give you the best chance to restart your life and thrive in your recovery.

Addiction does not discriminate, and neither should treatment. We believe that those struggling with addiction should not be left out because they are unable to afford treatment due to low income or no income. Gaps in the system should not leave those experiencing addiction without an option for treatment. Phoenix wants to bring hope and act as a bridge to recovery for those experiencing addiction.
